Since 1979, Discovery Investments has provided the San Francisco Bay Area with premium property management services. Our goal is to give property owners the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their property is being well cared for and to relieve them of the stresses of day to day management activities.

We achieve this by:

Working closely with individual owners to identify their needs and financial goals as it pertains to each property, and developing a plan to achieve these goals to maximize the value of the property as an asset;

Having personal experience in owning personal and income property and treating the property and tenants as we do our own;

Managing the relationships between property owners and tenants, from preparing vacant properties for occupancy to tenant move-outs;

Managing a preventative maintenance program where routine inspections allow us to keep a close watch on your investment, and make minor repairs when necessary in an effort to avoid major repair issues for you in the future;

Maintaining a dedicated full-service staff that can respond to the property’s and tenant’s needs in a timely and appropriate manner; and

Having long term relationships with professional contractors who treat our calls on a priority basis when specialty repairs are required.
